Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Returns with Fredrik Eklund Joining as a Full-Time Cast Member
There's a new broker in town when MDLLA Season 13 premieres this September.
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles is back, and in the words of Tracy Tutor, it's going to be "next-level bananas."
When MDLLA returns for a supersized 90-minute premiere on Thursday, September 2 at 8/7c, we'll catch up with returning agents Tracy, Josh Flagg, Josh Altman, James Harris, and David Parnes as they navigate an expectation-defying, booming real estate market. They'll be joined by Fredrik Eklund, who fans of course know from Million Dollar Listing New York, as he comes to MDLLA full-time this season as he continues to grow his business on the West Coast.
Make sure your AC is on, because the competition is about to heat up like never before in the new season of MDLLA. "The market is hot right now," Flagg says in the above trailer for the new season. "And people have been buying real estate left and right."
"People want bigger homes, second homes, third homes," James adds in the teaser. "They want more land, they want privacy."
Simply put, according to Altman, "Sellers want to sell, buyers want to buy."
So, the MDLLA agents are going to have to work even harder to find new and creative ways to meet this massive demand and get their deals done in Season 13. And that means sometimes butting heads with their fellow agents.
The multimillion dollar listings this season will have you saying "wow" — and their price tags will be even more jaw-dropping. Oh, and you're probably going to want to have your sunglasses handy for all the star power shining brightly this season among the MDLLA agents' list of clients.
Check out all the deals and drama coming up on MDLLA, above. And don't miss the Season 13 premiere on Thursday, September 2 at 8/7c.
