You’ll Never Believe *Who* Morgan Wade is “Obsessed” with These Days
Kyle Richards' BFF is sharing the thing that she is obsessed with recently — and it doesn't include the RHOBH cast member.
Kyle Richards' friendship with Morgan Wade is still going strong amid her separation from husband, Mauricio Umansky. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member's friendship with the country singer has been built off of a mutual love of music, sobriety, and a genuine curiosity in each other. Although they are still close to one another, Morgan's latest obsession doesn't include Kyle.
Morgan took to her Instagram account on July 24, where she shared a video talking about what she is obsessed with, in honor of her new album, Obsessed, out on Aug. 16. And it has everything to do with her new furry friend.
Morgan Wade Shows off Her Dog, Chop
Morgan introduced the world to her brand new dog, Chop, in an Instagram post on July 5, and she hasn't been able to stop loving him. "I'm obsessed with this little guy, Chop," Morgan said in the video, holding up the puppy. "The new road dog."
Morgan noted that Chop is not replacing her other dog, Sony. "He's Sony's new buddy," she said in the video. "Right? You got a big brother at home to go meet."
Kyle did not chime in with her own obsessions in the comments of the post, but she did like the post. Kyle does know a thing or two about liking dogs — she has many dogs that she shares with Mauricio.
Why Morgan Wade Won't Comment on Her Friendship with Kyle Richards
Although Kyle has continued to provide public encouragement to her friend on Instagram, Morgan told Rolling Stone earlier this month that she won't publicly talk about her friendship with her. "I don't comment because I don't f—cking have to," Morgan said.
"I put out music, do with it what you will," she added. "My true fans are going to focus on that."
Morgan told Rolling Stone that she no longer cares if her listeners or RHOBH viewers think that the new songs off of her album are about Kyle. "I could write a song about a piece of paper, and they would find a way to make it into something salacious," she said.
"But I'm not going to hide my art because of people's gossip," Morgan noted. "I'm over that."
