Nick and Vanessa Lachey Have Mauricio Umansky to Thank for Selling Their Pad
The #RHOBH hubby just knocked this major listing off the market.
Bye-bye, Encino! Nick and Vanessa Lachey are moving out of their home in the L.A. neighborhood, thanks to help from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband Mauricio Umansky. The couple sold their San Fernando Valley pad in just 37 days — for the asking price of $3.995 million — after putting it on the market in April, according to TMZ. The lovely home boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Additionally, the house comes with rustic details like stonework throughout, including in the kitchen, as well as plenty of windows and fireplaces. Outside, there's even a pool and a basketball court. And, as you can see from Vanessa's IG, the Lacheys have definitely made good use of those cozy features.
Scrolling through Vanessa's feed, it's clear the Lachey clan had plenty of good times in the family-friendly home. However, there's no word on it the Elf in the Shelf, who at one point was living in a chandelier, stays in the home.
