Nicki Minaj Reportedly Delayed Her NYFW Performance Until She Got a Specific Meal
Nothing good happens when this rapper gets hangry.
Don't expect Nicki Minaj to do anything if she hasn't eaten first, because an empty stomach may just set her off.
Page Six reported that the rapper was almost an hour late to perform at a New York Fashion Week afterparty for designer Philipp Plein because she needed to eat. "She refused to go onstage until she got her Popeyes f***ing chicken," said a source. "The production team had to send someone out to get her chicken.” Reps for Minaj and Plein wouldn't comment.
Is this a plausible story? She has been known to get hangry if her schedule doesn't allow time to eat and it's even become a meme.
