North West's 4th Birthday Bash Was Actually Understated for a Kardashian Party
This #KUWTK party was subdued, to say the least.
Given that when North West turned 1, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West threw their firstborn an epic Coachella-themed party, almost any bash thrown in her honor after that can only be described as low-key. But North's fourth birthday party was understated in a way we couldn't even have imagined. In fact, it looked like the kind of party any regular parents might throw together to honor their kid.
In Snapchats posted online, the elder West sibling was spotted wearing a little tiara and lace dress and blowing out the candles on a cake decorated with purple and white icing with rainbow sprinkles. The cake even — dare we suggest it — kind of looked homemade.
As for how the party was decorated, that was equally not elaborate.
Balloons were used to embellish the festivities. TMZ reports that the family also dined on some burgers at the party and that little North got a bike as her big birthday gift.
To pay homage to her little girl, Kim headed to Instagram to post an adorable message for the 4-year-old, writing, "My baby girl turned 4 years old today! She's my light & my everything!!! I love you to the moon & back North."
