Charrisse Jackson Jordan Was at Omarosa's Wedding — and It Changed Her Ideas About Marriage
The #RHOP mom wasn't the only Housewife there.
The Real Housewives of Potomac are the who's who of the Washington, D.C. area. So of course we'd find at least one of them at the buzziest social event of the season in our nation's capital.
Charrisse Jackson Jordan attended the wedding of Omarosa Manigault when she tied the knot with Pastor John Allen Newman on April 8. You might know her best just as Omarosa, who famously shot into stardom as the villain on Season 1 of The Apprentice.
Charrisse dished all about Omarosa's wedding during the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show on Sunday night. "It was an amazing wedding. It was a fairytale wedding," she said of her friend of six years' nuptials. "I was a little scared, though, while I was there because it was at [Trump International Hotel, Washington D.C.]."
The RHOP mom explained that was because she had heard there had been bomb threats at the hotel, and President Donald Trump had just authorized the missile strikes in Syria the day before. But all those worries aside, it looks like Charrisse still had a lovely time at the celebration. "Congratulations to my friend Omarosa and her husband John as they become one. Beautiful wedding!" Charrisse captioned a photo of herself with the bride and groom on Instagram. "Thanks for allowing me to share in your sacred moment."
Charrisse also hung out with fellow Housewife Phaedra Parks, who is also friends with Omarosa, during the big day. The RHOP mom shared during the WWHL After Show that the two sat next to each other during the ceremony, and they were also seated at the same table. Charrisse said that she heard that Omarosa's fellow Trump administration member, Dr. Ben Carson, also attended the wedding.
Unfortunately, Charrisse did not catch Omarosa's bouquet, but attending the wedding did make her feel like she would one day want to get married again as she currently deals with the end of her marriage to husband Eddie Jordan. "After such a beautiful marriage ceremony, I think I see myself getting married again," Charrisse wrote in the caption to a photo of herself at the wedding on Instagram.
