We all know that Mauricio Umansky is a rock star in the world of luxury real estate, but this could be his biggest listing ever. The husband of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Kyle Richards is one of the listing agents for the legendary Playboy Mansion, which has just gone on the market for $200 million, making it one of the most expensive listings in the United States, according to the Los Angeles TimesMauricio is sharing the listing with agents Gary Gold and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, which was co-founded by Mauricio's brother-in-law Rick Hilton and is the RHOBH husband's former firm.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

In addition to being the home of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner for more than 40 years, the residence lives up to its longtime fame. The 20,000-square foot mansion sits atop five acres and is one of the largest properties in Holmby Hills, California, according to The Wall Street Journal. Inside the abode are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms as well as a wine cellar, home theater, and gym. The exterior of the Playboy Mansion includes a tennis court and a swimming pool with a grotto. The Playboy Mansion is also one of the few private residences in Los Angeles with a zoo license, according to the property's page on Hilton & Hyland's website, and it will transfer to the new owner along with the property.

However, the Playboy Mansion is still in need of an update after all of these years, according to Mauricio. “The house will require remodeling, for sure,” Mauricio told WSJ, as the home's interiors are “dated and will need to be remodeled and redesigned.”

No matter what the new owner decides to do with the mansion, there is one nonnegotiable stipulation. Hugh, 89, must be allowed to remain at the residence as a tenant for the remainder of his life.

At least now if the RHOBH ladies ever decide to party it up at the Playboy Mansion, they have an in.

Mauricio and Kyle have pretty impressive digs themselves. Check out the couple's epic, new backyard in the clip, below.
