Ramona Singer's "Nervous" for Bethenny's Skating Debut
"I feel protective like a mother," Ramona tells us.
Bethenny Frankel's anticipated Skating with the Stars premiere is less than two weeks away (woot!), and friend Ramona Singer confesses it's giving her the shakes.
"I'm nervous for her!" The Real Housewives of New York City star told me Tuesday night while hanging out at Manhattan's Pacha nightclub. "Bethenny's a high achiever and I really admire that about her, but I'm nervous for her. On Dancing with the Stars they have injuries. If she has a bad fall, she could be injured for a long time. I'm happy for her and I'm excited for her, but I'm also so nervous for her. I feel protective like a mother [thinking], 'I don't know if you should be doing this because I don't want you to get hurt.'"
Ramona will be letting out hoots and hollers for pal Bethenny every triple axle of the way... but only from the East Coast. Skating with the Stars -- which premieres on ABC Nov. 22 -- is filmed in Los Angeles, and being there for teenage daughter Avery comes first.
"I'm not going to L.A. I have a daughter, she's in school. I can't leave her," Ramona tells us.
