'Real Housewives of Miami' Heat Up 'Today'
The cast old and new dishes on the drama-filled new season.
Miami has somehow gotten a little bit steamier thanks to The Real Housewives of Miami, which premieres its second season tonight -- and there's a slew of new 'Wives in the mix that spice things up, Miami-style.
Six of the RHOM ladies -- Lea Black, Adriana De Moura, Joanna Krupa, Marysol Patton, Ana Quincoces and Alexia Echevarria -- sat down with Today host Natalie Morales on Thursday morning to discuss the big premiere episode and the rest of the season that packs a whole lot of Florida-fueled fun and fireworks. "I think a lot's different," Black said of the new season and cast. "I think the mix of the new girls has made it hot, spicy, wild, crazy, fun and a few other things have gone on. More drama than ever, and it heats up as the season progresses."
Patton agrees, saying the new cast members "brought a lot of spice and excitement to the show, and they're all very beautiful. And a lot of fiestiness and I think mixed with us from the former year, it's a crazy combination."
One of those newcomers, model Joanna Krupa, says that she has "definitely no regrets" about joining and that she "got into it because I've been in the business for so many years, and why not? ... I got to meet some new friends, and it was fun."
Strangely enough, the trailer for this season shows Krupa being on the business end of a punch from the gal sitting next to her, Adriana, who says that "there was a lot that led up to that and all I can say is that it's been a roller coaster ride full of emotions."
RHOM premieres tonight at 9/8c -- be sure to tune in!
