Ace Tucker is ready for his close-up! The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s 6-year-old son is filming a new Christmas movie, his dad revealed in a December 29 Instagram post.

Todd’s photo shows the outside of a camouflage trailer with Ace’s name on the door along with the movie’s title: Favorite Son Christmas. “We always say if I knew what I know now when I was younger I would… just pass it on to your kids and watch what they do!” the proud dad captioned his post. “Rumble young man rumble! [Ace] I’m so proud of you!”

Kandi, for her part, added four red hearts in the comments, writing, “My son is a superstar.”

Though it seems the studio has yet to announce the project, BET+ premiered The Favorite Son, a movie adaptation of Tiffany L. Warren’s 2015 novel of the same name, in 2021. Later the same year, the author published a follow-up novella, A Favorite Son Christmas.

During RHOA Season 14, fans saw Kandi take Ace to see an acting coach, sharing that she helps him with his audition tapes and “[goes] over his roles” with him. In an August episode, she said that her son, who turns 7 in January, was already scoring “a lot of auditions,” and he even showed his skills by performing lines from a peanut butter commercial.

“Ace, I always say, that’s our can-do-it-all baby,” Kandi said in an interview with The Daily Dish. “That boy is good at everything he tries. He’s open to try [anything]… pretty much anything he tries to do, he’s pretty good at it.”

Meanwhile, Todd sees Ace working as an “international businessman who speaks three different languages” someday, rather than acting. “I just think he’s a man of the world,” the RHOA husband added. “He’s debonair. He’s smooth. From the hood to Hollywood, he’s all good.”
