Garcelle Beauvais Describes Her “Perfect Guy” and Reveals that an Oscar Winner Wants to Set Her Up (UPDATED)
She also shared whether she wants to get married again.
UPDATED (July 14, 10:33 A.M.): Garcelle Beauvais appeared on the July 13 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and shared yet another update on her plans to get set up by none other than her pal Julia Roberts.
On the After Show, a fan asked if Julia had played matchmaker yet, and Garcelle had a surprising response.
“No! What is up?” the mom of three said, before making a joke about Julia’s schedule. “Like what is she doing, [is she] busy?”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Garcelle Beauvais knows exactly what she’s looking for in her next partner: someone she can totally be herself around.
During a chat with E! News, Garcelle opened up about her ideal kind of man.
“The perfect guy for me [is] someone who loves life and is full of life, energetic but spiritual, sexy but down-to-earth,” she said. “A philanthropist, I would love that, and someone who can make me laugh and let me be me.”
As Garcelle looks to find her next great love herself, she revealed that someone else has also agreed to be her matchmaker: Julia Roberts. After the actresses recently ran into each other and caught up, Garcelle said the screen star offered to help her find her next partner.
“Tick-tock, Julia! Tick-tock...” Garcelle joked about the proposition to E! News. “Hopefully she’ll come through!”
Even if Garcelle (or Julia!) does find that perfect guy, the Love Me As I Am author isn’t necessarily looking to get married again. “I don’t need it. I’m not looking to have [more] kids,” she said during an appearance on Sherri about the prospect of remarrying. “I just want a healthy, happy, sexual relationship.”
In the meantime, it looks like Garcelle’s eldest son, Oliver Saunders, may have found a romantic spark or two when he appeared on Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules. In the Season 10 trailer, which you can check out above, Oliver makes out with Raquel Leviss.
While appearing on Sherri, Garcelle admitted that it’s been interesting for her to see people fawning over her eldest son on TV.
“I don’t like it — he’s my baby!” she joked. “But you know what, he’s grown, and he kind of loves the attention too. Let’s be real.”
