Kyle Richards' Marriage "Turmoil" Is Front and Center on RHOBH Season 13
Amid the speculation about her relationship status, here's where Kyle Richards stands heading in to RHOBH Season 13.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills O.G. Kyle Richards is returning for her 13th season as a diamond holder, but she's experiencing a major first this time around.
A trailer for the upcoming season dropped on October 3, and it highlights the rumors that have been circulating surrounding Kyle's marriage to Mauricio Umansky, and her friendship with country singer Morgan Wade.
After 27 years of marriage, Kyle and Mauricio are in "turmoil" on Season 13. Read on to find out what to expect from the spouses.
Kyle Richards' Marriage Issues on RHOBH Season 13
Per the official press release for Season 13, Kyle is "a diamond under pressure" this time around, as she's "struggling to cope amid her most challenging year yet."
"With her 27-year marriage in turmoil and her relationship with her sister in limbo, Kyle reaches her breaking point after the tabloids — and those closest to her — question her budding friendship with a well-known country singer."
In case you need a refresher, reports circulated in July 2023 that Kyle and Mauricio had separated. The couple jointly shared a statement about the matter on their respective Instagram feeds.
"In regards to the news that came out about us today… Any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue," their statement began. "However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously."
In the trailer for Season 13, which you can watch at the top of this post, the ladies discuss the rumors.
"Holy sh-t," Garcelle Beauvais says when she learns about the separation speculation.
"I had no idea," Dorit Kemsley says while on a FaceTime with her husband, Paul "PK" Kemsley, who adds, "I had dinner with Mo. He never said they were separated."
"You think they're hiding something?" Crystal Kung Minkoff wonders, while Sutton Stracke questions if Kyle has been "lying" about anything.
Kyle herself reacts to the headlines, too.
"Complete strangers are like, 'You made us believe in true love and now it's all —" she tells Erika Jayne, who notes, "It is true love. There are only two people in this marriage. Everybody else's opinion can f-ck off."
When does RHOBH Season 13 premiere?
Kyle and fellow returning cast members Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Erika Jayne, and Sutton Stracke will be back on our screens (and newbie Annemarie Wiley will make her RHOBH debut) when Season 13 premieres on October 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
New episodes will air on Wednesdays, and you can stream them the next day on Peacock.
