Kathy Hilton Explains Why She Can't Help But "Get Involved" in RHOBH Drama
Kyle Richards weighs in on her sister's approach to the latest Real Housewives of Beverly Hills conflict.
It may be Kathy Hilton's first season as a friend of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, but she's fitting right in with all the fashion, fun, and fabulousness among the ladies of the 90210.
Perhaps most importantly, Kathy has handled all the drama going down in Season 11 like a pro, including the recent events of the girls' trip to Kyle Richards' house in La Quinta. She even got into the thick of it in the August 11 episode.
Kathy and the rest of the cast opened up more about that moment in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show above, exclusive to Bravo Insider members. She explained why she just can't sit back in instances like that. "You know, a lot of people are like, 'Oh, just leave them alone. Don't get involved,'" Kathy said. "Well, I get involved."
That's also the approach that Kyle has taken in her many years on RHOBH, citing a recent example when she implored Sutton Stracke to stay at Lisa Rinna's house amid the "ugly leather pants" spat. "I'm always the type, too. 'Don't leave, don't leave,'" Kyle told Kathy in the RHOBH After Show. "You know, like, with Sutton."
Kathy then elaborated on why she just can't let a friend walk out. "People want to be begged, because people, you know, you're proud," she explained. "How would you feel if I just let you walk out upset?"
