Kyle Richards’ Dog Khloe Has Passed Away: Read the Touching Ways the Pup Changed Her Life
RHOBH's Kyle opened up about how the late dog led to her making a big life decision.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards took to Instagram to share the sad news that her dog, Khloe, passed away at the age of 16. Kyle shared a heartfelt message about her longtime pet, as well as adorable snapshots of Khloe hanging out with the family.
"I have not been able to put into words the pain I feel after losing Khloe. My dogs are my other children and it hurts so much to think that she is gone. Why can't we live forever? It's a reminder that none of us are here forever and we have to appreciate every moment that we have. I used to carry Khloe in a baby carrier on my chest. I think that's when we decided maybe we should have another baby. She slept with me [and] on my stomach when I was pregnant with Portia. She slept by my kids ... loving [and] protecting them. Littlest dog with the biggest attitude. I will be forever grateful for the 16 years we had with her," Kyle wrote.
The dog was also remembered by Mauricio Umansky, who also shared a photo of the tiny dog. "Our little baby Khloe gave us so many great years of love and happiness. May she Rest In Peace. We will always [love] you and miss you," he said in tribute.
Kyle is a proud mom to her four daughters, but her pets have always been a big part of her family. In fact, this past Christmas she included her many dogs, Luna, Bambi, Romeo, River, Storm, and the late Khloe, in the family Christmas card.
