How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Peacock and the Bravo App.

In the above preview of the upcoming February 16 episode of RHOC, Heather addresses some tension she notices between Kat and her older sister, Max, during a family dinner. Heather tries to smooth things over, telling Kat, "You know what I can promise you? Your relationship with Max will change."

Kat later reveals how she feels "in the middle" regarding her family, saying in an interview in the episode, "With my siblings, I’m not super close because we have such a big age difference that I just don’t really connect with them." She went on to reflect on her experience coming out compared to when Max came out as bisexual in 2020.

"From what I saw from the outside of my older sister’s coming out story, everyone was supportive. Her friends were supportive. But when I came out, I was dealing with a lot of homophobia," Kat says in the above preview, going on to reveal what she faced at school. "That breaks my heart," Heather says, after hearing what Kat had to experience.

Recently, Kat shared in an interview with PEOPLE that she came out to her family nearly a year ago, and opened up about feeling gratitude for her older sister during that time. "I was really stressed about it," she said. "But I'm really grateful that I have Max as an older sister, that she has already gone through all of this. Seeing my sister be so proud, and to see her be so comfortable with herself, it just makes me feel like I have nothing to worry about."
