Briana Culberson has always kept fans informed on the latest in her ongoing health and wellness journey. As of late, The Real Housewives of Orange County daughter and her husband, Ryan Culberson, have been open about their weight loss journey as they've embraced the Keto Diet, which, as Ryan previously shared, has helped Briana make great strides in her battle with Lupus and the complications that come from the disease. And now he's sharing yet another update on his wife's condition, revealing on Instagram that she had a "clavicle surgery that has been way overdue" this week.
Ryan shared a photo of Briana in the hospital from the time she underwent the procedure this week on social media, where he asked fans to show their support for his wife, adding, "It's always something."
He wrote they are hoping this is her "last surgery hopefully forever."
Briana had the procedure done in North Carolina where she, Ryan, and their two sons have been living for some time now.
Mama Vicki Gunvalson opened up to The Daily Dish in July 2018 about what it's like being away from her daughter knowing that she's dealing with these health issues on the other side of the country.
"Well, you know, she's got lupus, and she's been hospitalized a couple of times since she moved out there [to North Carolina]. She's got a little bit of heart issues as well, very similar to what Eddie [Judge] has," Vicki said at that time. "But I just have to know that her husband adores and loves her, that she's in good hands. She works at the hospital that she goes to, so she gets excellent care. I just have to put it in God's hands."
Speaking of Vicki, she paid tribute to her daughter this week on Instagram. "Happy National Daughters day. Thank you Briana for being such an incredible daughter and for giving me those 2 amazing grandsons. I [love] you!" she wrote.
