Alexia Nepola (and Her Son Frankie!) Just Experienced a Major First on WWHL
The RHOM cast member also revealed an update on her relationship with her eldest son, Peter Rosello.
Alexia Nepola experienced a major first when she appeared on the April 3 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, as the show marked the Bravo Clubhouse debut of her youngest son, Frankie Rosello.
Andy Cohen himself pointed out that Frankie was a “very special guest,” and The Real Housewives of Miami cast member shared that her son was thrilled to be in the audience.
“This is his first time here, and he’s very excited to be here,” Alexia said. She later posted several photos with her date on her Instagram Stories, including one of Frankie posing alongside Andy.
While Frankie and Alexia have long been an inseparable duo, The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 3 cast member’s relationship with her older son, Peter Rosello, has hit some bumps on the two most recent seasons of RHOM.
As viewers may remember, Peter and Alexia’s now-husband, Todd Nepola, weren’t getting along during Season 4, and Alexia later struggled to support Peter’s relationship with his then-girlfriend on the following season. (Peter broke up with his girlfriend by the end of Season 5.)
During WWHL, Alexia opened up about the current status of her relationship with her eldest.
“Peter’s doing great, and our relationship is amazing. It always has been, but, you know, I’m always going to be his mom, I’m gonna always have something to say and protect him and give him good advice,” Alexia said before sharing her true thoughts on Peter’s recent breakup. “And like I said at the end, moms are always right.”
Previously, while chatting with The Daily Dish in December 2022, Alexia revealed that she was working with her two sons at her nail salon, Alexia + Frankie’s Beauty Bar.
“Peter and Frankie are doing good. Peter is working at the Beauty Bar with me and figuring things out,” she said. She’s also writing a book to chronicle her life, as well as her experience following Frankie’s near-fatal car accident in 2011.
“So I’ve been working on a book. I think that by writing, it’s very therapeutic for me. I started [writing a journal] when Frankie had the accident. And I think that that’s helped me just be able to be more open and free, and instead of being ashamed about the things that I was before, saying ‘wow’ about [them], I’m really proud of myself, and it’s really amazing,” she said. “I’ve learned so much from life and from others, so I just wanted to write the book.”
