Teresa Giudice Addresses the Rumored Feud Between Dina Manzo’s Husband and Louie
The RHONJ cast member shares where things stand between Dina’s husband and her husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, today.
Teresa Giudice is here to set the record straight on where things stand between Luis “Louie” Ruelas and Dina Manzo’s husband, Dave Cantin. The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member addressed rumors of a feud between the two husbands on her podcast, Namaste B$tches.
Teresa clarified that gossip about their issues stemming from business dealings is untrue as that “never happened” and there was no business deal. “Luis and Dave speak every single day. They’re so close,” she said, adding, “They’ve always just been best friends, really. There’s nothing there.”
Teresa’s friendship with Dina has been a hot topic lately after it was shared during a Season 13 episode of RHONJ that Dina would not be a bridesmaid in (or even attend) Teresa and Louie’s wedding. Teresa has since explained why Dina skipped her nuptials, sharing, “Once you are on TV and then you aren’t on TV anymore, you don’t want to be in front of the camera,” Teresa said on the Two T’s in a Pod podcast in November. “I totally get it.”
Around that same time, Dina, who was present when Louie asked Teresa to marry him in 2021, also made it clear things are fine between Teresa and her. “We were never not friends,” Dina clarified on Instagram. “Sometimes friendships go [through phases], but in the end, true friendships will always find their way back when the time is right.”
While Dina opted to decline the role of bridesmaid in the wedding, Dolores Catania and Jennifer Aydin were later asked to join the wedding party just weeks before the nuptials. When Dolores appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen earlier this month, she shared whether the late inclusion as a bridesmaid made her feel like a “second choice.” She confirmed, “I didn’t feel that way at all.”
