Melissa Gorga Says This Housewife Left Her "In Shock" on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip

Andy Cohen caught up with Melissa Gorga in person for the first time since she went on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, so of course he had lots of questions about the Peacock original series when the New Jersey Housewife appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on March 1 (clip above).

It sounds like Cynthia Bailey proved to be most surprising on the getaway, according to Melissa, who named The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum "the most different" among the women from how she "expected them to be." Melissa also noted that she was taken aback by Cynthia's reaction to her fast friendship with Kenya Moore, who The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member said she left "feeling closest to" among the group. "I was in shock over it," Melissa said of Cynthia. "I never thought she'd be that way."

All in all, Melissa said that she "was very surprised" that Cynthia didn't get along better with the other women. "I thought she was more of a peacemaker. She had a chip on her shoulder a lot," Melissa explained. "I don't know what happened."

RHUGT wasn't an easy journey for Melissa and her sister-in-law, Teresa Giudice, either, as they revisited some of their past drama on the show, including how Melissa and Joe Gorga first joined RHONJ. "Never will I agree on it," Melissa said on WWHL.

Melissa also shared how she felt about Teresa saying that no one on RHONJ has ever had her back. "Annoyed, because I feel like I kicked people out of my parties for her, we've lost friends for her. We were the last men standing with her, always with her, her children, when she went away," Melissa said. "We've been here for a really long time, and I just think that sometimes people forget that."

That was something that Dolores Catania also had an opinion about when she appeared on WWHL last week. "No, I don't agree with that. And I feel bad she said it," Dolores shared. "Yeah, I feel I have [had Teresa's back]. I've gotten a lot of slack for it at times, but I don't mind doing it. She's my friend."
