Melissa Gorga Thanks the Family Member Who “Has Always Had [Her] Back”
The RHONJ cast member shared the “true meaning of family” and revealed fun moments spent with her loved ones.
Melissa Gorga is sharing an update on her loved ones while revealing her thoughts on the “true meaning” of family. The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member, who is the youngest of three siblings in her family, recently took to Instagram to give a look at some quality time she spent with her sisters, Lysa and Kim, as she marked a special occasion.
“Sister. Happy birthday to a real one,” Melissa wrote in the caption of her June 8 post, which featured a heartwarming birthday tribute to Lysa and included a series of sweet photos with both of her sisters. Melissa went on to add, “Thank you for always being a big sister that [led] the way [and] has always had my back! The true meaning of family. Have the best day, can’t wait to celebrate with you. Love [you], [Lysa].”
Margaret Josephs also showed love to Melissa’s sister Lysa, writing in the comments, “Happy Birthday to the beautiful Queen.” Lysa chimed in on the post as well, expressing her gratitude for Melissa’s heartfelt tribute, writing, “Thank you sissy. I will always have your back, that’s my job.”
Last month, Melissa revealed exciting news about her growing family, as she celebrated Lysa’s daughter Gianna becoming a first-time mom. “Welcome to the fam ANTHONY MARCO,” Melissa wrote in the caption of her May 22 post, which featured sweet photos of the RHONJ mom alongside her daughter, Antonia, and niece Gianna, as they celebrated together at Gianna’s baby shower.
Turns out, Melissa isn’t the only Jersey Housewife showing love to her family, as Teresa Giudice also recently spent time with fiancé Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ sisters.
Earlier this week, Teresa posted a photo of herself celebrating her 50th birthday with her two soon-to-be sisters-in-law, writing in the caption of her post, “Thank you to my beautiful sisters in love for always giving me a reason to smile.”
“You do the same for us,” Louie’s sister Veronica responded in the comments of the post, adding, “Love [you].”
