Teresa Giudice Addresses That Moment with the RHONJ Producer at the Jersey Shore

The Real Housewives of New Jersey gang headed to the Shore in the February 22 episode for what is sure to be another unforgettable couples' trip. As the festivities got underway, some of the ladies' significant others would be joining later, such as Teresa Giudice's then-boyfriend, now-fiancé, Luis "Louie" Ruelas, Jennifer Aydin's husband, Dr. Bill Aydin, and Traci Johnson's husband, Tiki Barber.

But as evening approached on the group's first day at the Jersey Shore, Teresa suddenly got a call from Louie. Later, a producer appeared on-screen and told Teresa that Louie seemed upset that everyone was talking about him. "Louie did not sign up for this to be antagonized, to be questioned, anything," Teresa said in an interview during the episode. "I'm in the public eye, not Louie. He's the love of my life. Like, I want to protect him."

Teresa told the producer, "They're not happy for us. They want to sabotage us." She then went out the door of Jennifer's Jersey Shore rental, got into her car, and drove away as the episode came to a close and "To Be Continued" appeared on the screen.

Teresa opened up more about where her and Louie's heads were at during this surprising end to the episode in The Real Housewives of New Jersey After Show, above. "He was on his way coming, and then he just, I don't know. Something triggered him. He said, 'I'm not coming.' I said, 'Don't worry about it, babe. Don't come.' Like, this is not his thing; this is my thing," Teresa explained in the clip, which is exclusive to Bravo Insider members. "And I told the producers, 'Keep doing what you're doing because he's not gonna come.' And I don't blame him."

Speaking to Jennifer in the RHONJ After Show, Teresa went on to share how Louie really felt about RHONJ at the time, and she also had some opinions on Margaret Josephs. Check it all out by signing up for Bravo Insider, above.

Of course, when Andy Cohen welcomed Dolores Catania to the Bravo Clubhouse on February 22, he had to ask for her thoughts on Teresa's jaw-dropping Jersey Shore exit. As someone who has known Teresa for many years, even before RHONJ, Dolores pointed out that this moment was actually uncharacteristic for her longtime friend. "She's not a runner," Dolores said in the below Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen clip. "I think she feels funny 'cause it's Louie, but she's one to stand and fight."

And as for that much-talked-about video featuring Louie, Dolores has Teresa's back. When Andy asked Dolores if she thought the video was "a red flag," she replied, "No, I love that video."
