Robyn Dixon Weighs in on Gizelle Bryant Getting Back Together with Jamal

During The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 4 reunion, Gizelle Bryant revealed that after 12 years of divorce, she is now back with her ex-husband and the father of her three daughters, Jamal Bryant. Gizelle’s RHOP cast member and close friend Robyn Dixon, who is coincidentally back with her ex-husband, Juan Dixon, weighed in on Gizelle’s new relationship status on the August 15 episode of The Daily Dish podcast. 

“You know, I would be the last person to judge anyone for getting back with their ex-husband,” said Robyn. “So I’m definitely supportive. I was just really shocked, because she really, just from all the conversations we had, she had no interest in rekindling that flame. I was just more shocked than anything, but you know, I’m supportive. We all know she’s a confident, very secure, smart, grown woman. So whatever she’s doing, she’s doing right for herself.” 

Robyn also explained, “As long as I’ve been friends with Gizelle, it was like, her and Jamal were never a thing,” but according to Gizelle, there’s a little bit more to it than that. In the video above, Gizelle revealed what her relationship with Jamal was like in the years they were separated.

“He’s always let me know throughout the years he loves himself some Gizelle,” she said. “Even with the divorce, we always had a great friendship,” 

Gizelle also explained how Jamal has changed since they were together last. 

“I’ve seen so much maturity in him. He has an overwhelming sense of humility and humbleness, and I think we communicate so much better now. Our communication is on point,” she said.”

So would Gizelle ever get married to Jamal again?

“This is like the million dollar question. I mean, yes. I’m not opposed to it,” Gizelle revealed in an interview with E!. “If he asked me I would say yes, but you know the timing has gotta be right. Clearly I’m not getting married tomorrow. We have another wedding to go to. It’s called the Dixons.”
