Rosie Pope Plans Special Delivery for Twitter

"Pregnant in Heels" star to live tweet the birth of her baby.

Rosie Pope prides herself on being open with her fans and knowing how to get moms ready for the big day, so with the impending birth of her third child, she's taking those traits to the next level with plans to live-tweet before and during labor.

Want to follow all the action as the mother of two (soon-to-be three) and star of Pregnant in Heels adds to her family? Make sure you're following her on Twitter @RosiePope where she'll be using the hashtag #preginheels to keep fans in the loop as nature takes its course. For even more on the big occasion, make sure to "Like" Heels on Facebook, where she'll be talking (in more than 140 characters) about pregnancy highlights and more in the lead-up to the delivery.

Despite being about-to-burst pregnant, Rosie's been working up to the very last minute -- and has been on the go since she started her successful maternity business. She braved her way through a Today segment on Thursday morning, causing host Ann Curry to say "I think you deserve a medal for being here today" due to her sheer pregnant-ness. Curry also joked that it was her baby's first television appearance.

As if she didn't have enough on her plate, the second season of Pregnant in Heels is set to premiere next week on 5/15 at 10/9c. Check out a preview clip below of all the maternal goodness to come.
