Did Andy Cohen See Scheana and Mike Shay's Divorce Coming?
The #WWHL host reacts to the #PumpRules split.
It's been about two weeks since Scheana Shay and Mike Shay announced their plans to divorce after two years of marriage. Andy Cohen, who has spent time with Scheana and Shay as the host of Watch What Happens Live and the Vanderpump Rules reunion shows, spoke about hearing the news during the latest installment of Ask Andy. "No, I didn't know anything about it," he told his assistant Daryn Carp in the above clip, adding that he hasn't spoken to either of them since the news broke.
Andy sat down with Daryn on a break from his book tour for Superficial: More Adventures from the Andy Cohen Diaries where he said he's been getting asked who he would Shag, Marry, and Kill among Vanderpump Rules guys Jax Taylor, Tom Sandoval, and Tom Schwartz. For the record, Andy said (with little hesitation) that he would marry Sandoval, shag Jax, and kill Schwartz.
Now that a new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has begun, Andy revealed why he thought newbie Dorit Kemsley would be a good fit for the show. "She is an old friend of [Lisa] Vanderpump's, or her husband is, and she's known Vanderpump for a long time, too," he explained. "She's really pretty. She's strong. She's no push-over. She's a mom. She's really rich."
When he's not watching the real Real Housewives, Andy also revealed that he is indulging in some of the series' parodies and podcasts that have popped up in recent years, such as Casey Wilson and Danielle Schneider's podcast, Bitch Sesh. "Love it," Andy said of the podcasts inspired by The Real Housewives. "I'm a new Bitch Sesh listener, and I was on Bitch Sesh last week, and I loved it. It was really great. They did a great interview."
Andy opened up about plenty more outside of the world of Bravo during this episode of Ask Andy, from what he looks for in a mate to which celebrity needs to get his or her own reality show. Watch it all above, and then come back down here to see Andy dish on even more celebs, below.
