Could There Ever Be a Third SATC Movie without Kim Cattrall?
Kristin Davis offers an update on the franchise in the WWHL clubhouse.
Just when Sex and the City fans had adjusted to the sober reality that they'll probably never get a third movie without the participation of Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis revealed that she still dreams of a day when a trilogy could happen.
"People ask me different things and I've been saying things that are in like my fantasy," Davis said on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen after Andy Cohen asked about the potential odds of a Cattrall-less third movie. "Like, I'm a hopeful person obviously and I have a whole very rich imagination so... "
The WWHL host's look of wonderment only got more priceless as she continued.
"I have all different fantasies, Andy," she said. "I have a whole short movie planned: We go to China because my daughter wants to go on an inheritance trip where you go to see your homeland. And when we're in China, Carrie and Charlotte have a whole adventure in China! That could be amazing, right? So that could be like a standalone thing, then I have this other fantasy... we could be in a whole musical!
Davis' ideas of travel flicks and shiny musicals is preferable to what Chris "Mr. Big" Noth told the Origins podcast last year: Big was going to get killed off in the third movie!
