We Finally Found Something Patricia Altschul and Whitney Sudler-Smith Disagree On
It has to do with another Southern Charm cast member.
Shep Rose seems to have turned over a new leaf this season of Southern Charm, especially since the famous bachelor is now in relationship bliss with his girlfriend, Taylor. But given Patricia Altschul's infinite wisdom on all things Southern Charm, we've definitely been eagerly anticipating her true thoughts on the couple.
That wait fortunately finally came to an end during the December 10 Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show. One fan asked Patricia, "Do you feel Taylor has truly made Shep a changed man? Does she meet your standards for him?"
"She's an awfully nice girl," Patricia said in response in the above clip, before noting that her son and Shep's friend, Whitney Sudler-Smith, may have some doubts about the longevity of the relationship.
However, Patricia said she's not ready to count out Shep and Taylor just yet. "I think if they last through the reunion, then we have to see," Patricia noted. "That'll be the determining factor."
Even though Shep hasn't been so eager to settle down over the years, he previously shared on WWHL that he has enjoyed being in a committed relationship more than he thought he would at first. “I mean, we were quarantined together, which made it quite easy,” Shep said during his appearance on WWHL on November 5. “Honestly, we were like a married couple two or three months into our relationship, so that was a change, and I was kind of nervous about it. And I must say, domesticity isn’t all that bad, and maybe I was being scared of it for no reason at all.”
