The Real Housewives of New York City friends Sonja Morgan and Dorinda Medley have found themselves at odds this season, whether it's been comparing their experiences in their marriages (specifically divorce and death), accusing someone of holding on to the past, or coming to blows over using an ex-husband's family crest. In an interview with The Daily Dish podcast, Sonja says she's been surprised by their friction and it's led her to speculate about what the real issue is.
"Dorinda, I have to say, has been very disappointing," Sonja admitted. "She's always after me and I'm like, why? Growing up, it always used to be jealousy ... that's the big 'J.' Not the sexy 'J' in Sonja but the big 'J' in 'jealousy.'"
However, Sonja doesn't feel jealousy is at play here. "I dont feel it's jealousy with Dorinda; I feel it's about her, period. And it's hard ... [it's] like I'm the whipping boy. Sonja's always the whipping boy, because I always have a greeeaaat time, no matter what!"
Speaking of always having a greeeaaat time, Sonja also weighed in on where her relationships with Ramona Singer and Luann de Lesseps stand today. Hear that and more in the podcast episode above. And don't forget to tune in to RHONY, every Wednesday at 9/8c. Preview the new episode, below.
