Over the course of 10 seasons, the ladies of The Real Housewives of New York City have definitely left their mark on us all. And, we have to admit, they are all pretty iconic in our book. But there is one moment from Season 6 that makes Aviva Drescher iconic to Sonja Morgan.
That moment is from the night the ladies gathered at Le Cirque for a party hosted by Sonja, no less, and in the midst of a heated argument, Aviva tosses her prosthetic leg on the table and declares it “the only thing that’s fake or artificial” about her. From there, chaos ensues — and a meme-worthy, as well as RuPaul's Drag Race-worthy, pop culture moment was born.
Back in 2014, Aviva opened up about the moment, sharing just why she did it: "You know, there were three shrews attacking me and I wanted them to shut the f--- up and I figured if I slam my leg on the table, that will work. And it did!" she said at the time."
