We Have a Huge Update on Landon Clements' Love Life
The Southern Charm alum is getting some matchmaking help from a surprising source.
Now that Landon Clements has settled into her new life out west in California, it seems like the perfect time for her to find someone with whom to share it all. So who better to help find the perfect guy for the Southern Charm alum than ... Johnny Bananas?!
The 1st Look host, who you might also recognize from his many seasons competing on The Challenge, tried his hand at matchmaking in the October 7 episode of the lifestyle series. After scouting out potential suitors for Landon, who said she was looking for someone who's really athletic, well-traveled, and tall, Johnny "Bananas" Devenanzio matched her up with Rupert, a 33-year-old real estate agent who's "a perfect 7," according to Johnny.
Landon and Rupert seemed to hit it off during their date filled with laughter and smiles. "You're like the most charming southern girl I've ever met," Rupert told Landon during dinner.
It seemed like Johnny had really made a love connection between Landon and Rupert. We mean, her ex-husband James Maby is British, too. Rupert even asked Landon to go on a second date ... and she accepted!
As the two lovebirds walked off arm-in-arm, we had high hopes for their romantic future. Unfortunately, it seems like this couple was just not meant to be. "Landon and Rupert have hung out since... But don't see any sparks in the future," the epilogue to the episode said.
We know Mr. Right is out there for you, Landon!
