Cameran Eubanks Missed Daughter Palmer's Latest Major Milestone

A parent always wants to be there for every one of his or her child's firsts. But unfortunately, sometimes life — or a Southern Charm reunion — just gets in the way. 

Cameran Eubanks recently found out over the phone with her husband, Jason Wimberly, that their 7-month-old daughter Palmer Corrine Wimberly had started crawling while she was away in New York City to film the Southern Charm Season 5 reunion. "I missed my baby's first crawl to be at the reunion, but it is what it is," she told The Daily Dish while getting ready to film the sit-down. 

Of course, Cameran couldn't wait to get back to Charleston to be with her little one, especially after receiving this huge update. "I'm ready to go back home," she said. "Yesterday was not bad, but today I'm like, 'Ohhhh, I kind of miss her.'"

But we have a feeling there are plenty more magnificent moments to come while raising Palmer. "She's such a happy baby. She smiles and giggles," Cameran gushed to The Daily Dish. "I'm really lucky, and I tell everybody that God knew what I could handle because he gave me a very easy, sweet baby. She's been a dream. She really has. That's why I'm stopping at one because I know if I were to have another one, it would be hellion."

It was actually another one of Palmer's firsts, her first smile, that finally bonded Cameran with her child after she was born. "It's no longer about me; it's about her," Cameran reflected on her new life as a mom during the Southern Charm After Show (clip above). "And it's kind of refreshing, in a way because it opens up this space in your heart that you didn't even know you had."
