From New Loves to New Careers, Here's What the Southern Charm Cast Has Been up to Since Season 5
Kathryn Dennis and Craig Conover are among the cast making surprising moves in their lives before Season 6 kicks off.
It's. Almost. Here. Before Season 6 of Southern Charm kicks off this May with antics, martinis, and plenty of drama for Whitney Sudler-Smith's mama, Patricia Altschul, we're taking a look back at everything the Charleston squad has been up to since last season. (Make sure you tune into the Season 6 premiere on May 15 at 8/7c!)
Below, take a stroll down memory lane before the big premiere episode next month.
Kathryn is thriving, raising her two kids, Kensie and Saint, and trying on a few new hats in her career life. Not only has she done some modeling for Gwynn's, the department store all the stylish folks of Charleston shop at, but she's also launched her own furniture line aptly titled, well, Kensie and Saint. And, yes(!), she's found love with country singer and former America's Got Talent contestant Hunter Price. She's also now pals with... Patricia. Whoa.
Cameran has settled into her life as a mom to her lookalike daughter, Palmer, who turned 1 last November. And it looks like she's even come around and started to embrace having her husband's favorite little creature, the neighbor's dog, Elvis, in her life. And if that's not enough on her plate, she's also quite busy with her career as a real estate agent as well.
The Charleston-area bar owner has definitely kept busy since last season. Like Craig, Shep found a way to lend a hand following Hurricane Florence thanks to his Shep Gear collection. He also found himself in an unexpected feud when he sarcastically commented on the enduring Fast & The Furious franchise, and The Rock wasn't having it. Next up? Well, a mysterious voice-over project. We are intrigued...
Craig, having finally passed the bar, shifted his focus to other endeavors, including stepping up to help with Hurricane Florence relief efforts, and, wait for it, taking his passion for the needle and thread and launching a "sewing lifestyle brand," Sewing Down South, which includes a product line featuring, wait for it, his pillowcase collaboration with Patricia.
Austen has taken his passion for beer to the next level since we last saw him. In addition to launching a beer company, King's Calling Brewing Co., he's also gotten in the business of the Charleston Brews Cruise, which gives fans a chance to drink and take a bus tour around Charleston. He's also making time for a new love in his life, Madison LeCroy.
