Is Stassi Schroeder Cheating on Katie and Tom with this Southern Charm Couple?

If you've been paying close attention to social media, you may have noticed that Stassi Schroeder has been racking up some frequent flier miles by heading down to Charleston, South Carolina. The Vanderpump Rules pal has quickly become tight with the Southern Charm squad — specifically Craig Conover and his girlfriend Naomie Olindo. And, her BFF Katie Maloney is feeling a little bit jealous.

"I said, 'Repeat after me: Craig and Naomie are not replacing me and Tom,'" the SURver told The Daily Dish (and Stassi herself) when asked about her longtime pal's newfound friendship.

"One hundred percent no one will ever replace Katie and Tom for me, but I do need to have couples on every corner of the country that I can third wheel with," Stassi explained. "So they're my Charleston [couple]."

However, Katie isn't so comfortable with that arrangement. "I don't support it," she said. "You can fraternize a little bit with them."

Despite defending her actions, Stassi does admit her friendship with Craig and Naomie almost felt like "cheating." However, she really can't help it if she's great as a third wheel. "I'm fun and nice and honestly, I'm just a really good third wheeler, so I feel like couples love being around me," she said. 

As you might recall, there is another Vanderpump Rules crew member who has been trying to establish ties in Chucktown. Jax Taylor and Shep Rose have a long-simmering, long distance bromance but have yet to make their man date a reality. "Jax just likes to compete with me in whatever that I do," Stassi said (it should be noted: she beat Jax to that hangout sesh). "So if I'm friends with someone than he has to be better friends with them."
