Season 8 of Vanderpump Rules tracked the relationship woes between the three longtime pals.

Season 8 of Vanderpump Rules followed Stassi Schroeder, Katie Maloney-Schwartz, and Kristen Doute navigating their friendship amid Kristen's drama with now ex-boyfriend Brian Carter. Sadly for the three women once known as the Witches of Weho, their relationship came to an end, with Stassi and Katie parting ways with Kristen.

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

In the Vanderpump Rules Season 8 After Show clip, above, Stassi reflected on the events that led to the conclusion.

"I think it's not just because she made a mistake and lied about it years ago [with Jax], which is already something that's hard to get over — it was years of Katie and I dealing with this constant cycle of every other day Kristen is crying or depressed or sad and wants to leave Carter and always hear s--t about Carter — and then the next day saying, 'Can he come with us to happy hour?' So after a few years of being like 'you know what? No, he can't come to f--king happy hour.' I don't want to be around this anymore," Stassi explained.

Katie mirrored that sentiment: "It was very hard because she'd be really upset... it was the same conversation — it was a feedback loop for non-stop." Eventually Katie said she felt like it was "enough."

"It's not about us losing patience with her or abandoning her, it's just about her taking advantage of our friendship and taking it for granted," she explained.

Since the season ended and the After Show was filmed, Kristen has moved on from Carter and is dating someone new. At the time of the After Show, she shared if she thinks there's a chance the three women can reconcile.

"I mean, I hope so. I absolutely hope so," she said. "I think my issue is that it feels like it's two against one all the time."

She also noted that when she's not getting answers about why "their friendship is cut" she starts "making up all these reasons," adding, "I want to care still. I don't know how much I do."

Ultimately, she added, "I would really love a different kind of friendship with both of them... but I don't know."
