Vicki Gunvalson Reacts to the News That Steve Lodge Is Married

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Vicki Gunvalson is weighing in on the news that her ex-fiancé, Steve Lodge, is officially married. According to E! News, Steve wed Janis earlier this month, just months after the two confirmed their engagement back in December.

And now Vicki is sharing her thoughts on the matter. "People have been asking me to make a statement about my [ex]-fiancé's recent marriage. Here it is…I wish them the best," she tweeted on Wednesday, April 13. "I'm just so thrilled and RELIEVED it wasn't me at the altar with him."

The news of Vicki and Steve's breakup made headlines back in September. Vicki and Steve were together for five years; they began dating in the spring of 2016 after meeting at a Boys & Girls Clubs charity event in Anaheim years prior. They confirmed their engagement in April 2019 before ultimately going their separate ways.

Vicki, for the record, is dating again in addition to recently celebrating her milestone 60th birthday. "I am very blessed! Thank you everyone for my birthday wishes and messages," she wrote on Instagram just weeks ago about the big moment. "Life is good, God is good and here's to another 60!"

On top of all that, she recently became a grandma again. Her daughter, Briana Culberson, welcomed her fourth child (and first daughter!), Cora Rose Culberson. She was born in February, joining brothers Troy, Owen, and Hank in the busy Culberson household.
