Have Austen Kroll and Lindsay Hubbard Spoken?

Lindsay Hubbard and Austen Kroll's relationship has taken some twists and turns that we just did not see coming over the past few months — and we're not even talking about all the drama on Winter House.

How to Watch

Watch Winter House on Peacock and the Bravo app.

It all started back when Winter House was airing in the fall, and Austen appeared as a guest on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen with Lindsay sitting in the Clubhouse audience. That happened to be on the night that the Winter House episode aired in which Lindsay proclaimed her love for Austen, although the two ultimately decided to just be friends. Austen also notably played a game on WWHL in which he chose between Lindsay and his Winter House love interest, Ciara Miller, in various situations.

Lindsay would later describe that moment as "very humiliating" during an appearance on WWHL in November in which she also confirmed that she blocked Austen on social media. Prior to that visit to the Clubhouse, Lindsay had told the Reality Life with Kate Casey podcast that she was taking "a strong break" from her friendship with Austen.

When Lindsay returned to WWHL on January 31, she gave an update on where she stands with Austen today. "So, I was in Charleston with the Loverboy team in December about a week before Christmas. I ran into [Austen]. Obviously, my priorities have changed, and I was busy with Loverboy and what they were doing down there," she said in the above clip. "We kind of talked, but we agreed that we need to have a bigger conversation that hasn't happened yet. But, I'm sure it will."

Austen was similarly hopeful that he and Lindsay could repair their relationship when he spoke to ET about their drama last November. "I would certainly like to mend, but what would have to happen at that point is it's like a different type of friendship. It's not the, like, waking each other up in the morning with phone calls kind of friendship or coming to my Watch What Happens. Or vice versa. ... I think that the friendship would just move in a different direction, right?" he said. "I would never say to throw away a friendship unless it really was awful or toxic, but if she thinks that I'm not a good friend, then I just hope she comes around."

Before Lindsay started dating Carl Radke, it looks like she and Austen had some unresolved feelings for each other last summer, which we'll see play out this season of Summer House. Check out new episodes of Summer House every Monday at 9/8c or catch up on the Bravo app.
