"As dysfunctional as we look behind the scenes, we are working as mature women to rebuild our friendship," she wrote.
Xscape fans were left wondering about the future of the group after Kandi Burruss revealed that she won't be recording new music with the group during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
With the group about to start a long tour, Tamika Scott took to Instagram to address the elephant in the room.
"As dysfunctional as we look behind the scenes, we are working as mature women to rebuild our friendship/and working relationships," she wrote. "Yes, things take time and we are making sure to give it just that. Nothing happens [overnight]."
As viewers have seen on Xscape Still Kickin' It, the reunion of the popular '90s R&B group is a work in progress, buoyed by the love of their fans.
