Tamra Judge welcomed her first granddaughter into the world on Monday, she revealed on Instagram. The Real Housewives of Orange County star's son Ryan and his girlfriend Sarah Rodriguez gave birth to their daughter Ava.

The newborn, who was scheduled for delivery today, weighed in at a healthy 7lbs., 14oz and measured 19 1/2 inches.

Leading up to baby Ava's arrival, Tamra, who earlier said she would liked to be called "Tam-ma," documented the excitement on Instagram and shared pics of the adorable nursery.
