Teresa Giudice's Dad Was "Hospitalized and Is Now Resting Comfortably"

Teresa Giudice's dad, Giacinto Giudice, was hospitalized for pneumonia on Wednesday, sources confirm to The Daily Dish. Andy Cohen also briefly addressed the illness on the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen podcast, which premiered on Thursday. He shared that due to the illness, Teresa, who was scheduled to appear on the show on Wednesday, had to cancel her appearance, as he explains in the clip below. Danielle Staub filled her place for the episode.
Sources tell The Daily Dish that her father "had a slight touch of pneumonia. He was hospitalized and is now resting comfortably."
The news of Teresa's father's hospitalization comes months after Teresa's mom, Antonia, passed away back in March. This season on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, viewers watched as the Giudice and Gorga families mourned her loss.
