Meghan King Edmonds Reveals How She's Prepping for Labor: "It’s Badass! It’s Spiritual!" (UPDATED)
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum noted she will welcome her twins via natural labor very soon.
UPDATE (June 5, 2018, 11:15 A.M.): The RHOC alum is clearly very, very, very ready to give birth as she revealed on Instagram this week that she's officially full term and hopes that her next medical visit is the one where she gives birth. She shared on Instagram: "@drmackenzierae office, my pregnancy home away from home (among some other local haunts like the hospital and my couch...) Chiropractic has helped me immensely in my au naturale journey! But now I’m to the point where I want today’s visit to be my last pregnant visit! (36+6)."
She also noted that she's "ready to rock."

Meghan King Edmonds has made it quite clear that when she gives birth to her twin boys in the very near future, she plans to do it via "another natural (drug-free) vaginal birth," as she shared on Instagram. She added, "I’m not scared at all! In fact I can’t wait!"
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum then elaborated on how she is prepping for the big day via her personal blog, writing, "I love knowing my body can handle childbirth, it’s such a beautiful gift to experience a vaginal delivery drug-free. It’s not scary, it’s exhilarating! It’s badass! It’s spiritual! It hurts like hell but I can handle it! And I’m looking forward to each mind-blowing contraction because out comes two babies at the end. I do hope it’s quick and relatively easy but if not, I can handle that because I have before. I’ve prepped my body by treating it like a temple through nourishment, I’ve prepped my mind by breathing and meditating, I’ve prepped my spirit by praying: I’ve got this. Let’s do it."
In addition to waxing spiritual about the pleasures of birth, Meghan also showed off her silly views on pregnancy as well, writing on Instagram, "Did my water break or did I just sweat through my underpants? #HairAsBigAsMyBelly #SomeoneBringMeASnoCone #91degrees."
Meghan announced she was pregnant again back in November. She and her husband Jim Edmonds revealed they are expecting twins back in December.
