The Secret to Kyle Richards' Bod: Walking... That's It

If you didn't know Kyle Richards, you'd probably never believe she's had four kids. So what's the deal? Power runs at 6 a.m.? A strict carb-free diet? No sugar ever? None of the above.

"Lately I've just been hiking and walking when I have a chance. I take my kids to school and then I try to get an hour in of walking through the canyon," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star reveals to HollywoodLife about her method for maintaining that fit physique. "If I have it in me, I'll try to jog."

This Beverly Hills Housewife does have a trainer, but admits that her busy schedule usually keeps his number out of her recent calls. Kyle isn't too concerned though about her lack of dedicated gym time – even in Beverly Hills world where size 00 is the unrealistic norm. "I feel like my body responds best to walking more than anything. I've done hardcore working out and I don't even see the results I see when I'm walking."

Getting jealy of her almost effortless secret to looking hot? Kyle – who confesses she has a weak spot for dark chocolate – is slightly more conscious when it comes to munching. The brunette beauty says she avoids carbs and considers liquid calories a waste. "I'm just trying to figure out what the heck works these days because my body's changed so much and the style of dieting has changed so much."
