If Boris Kodjoe seemed a little tipsy last night on Watch What Happens: Live that’s because he was. The teetotaler requested a cranberry juice which he was served along with a slug of vodka for good measure.
“I was immediately buzzed” he proclaimed in a chat with us today. “That’s because I’m a lightweight!”
No one can blame him for hittin' the hooch after Andy uncovered a buried steamy sex scene between hm and none other than Ms. Kenya Moore.
Fine, Boris -- we'll change the subject:
The Real Househusbands star and occasional Real Housewives of Atlanta pageant host told us about his new clothing line called World of Alfa.
“My brother Patrick and I are both very tall [Boris is 6'4''] and we couldn’t really fit standard clothing,” he explained. “And we couldn’t afford to buy custom stuff so we figured it was time to make it affordable for everyone. Everyone deserves to wear custom stuff and not compromise on fit and style.”
The ex-model was born with the rather impressive moniker Boris Frederic Cecil Tay-Natey Ofuatey-Kodjoe to a German mother and a Ghanian father and raised in Germany.
So, how does he stay so fit with all that heavy German food around?
He explains, “It’s not heavy at all! We eat a lot of fish and salads and vegetables. People don’t eat pigs feet and sauerkraut. That’s a bad stereotype from 80 years ago.”
And yes he’s raising his two kids with wife Soul Food and Brown Sugar co-star Nicole Ari Parker to speak German and Spanish too. So do they have play dates with Heidi Klum’s brood?
“All the time,” he scoffs. “No, no. We’ve met a few times. I think she’s handling her life right now. I think her kids are her priority right now.”
While we might have to wait for Boris and Heidi to open a German language school together (he likes the idea!), we can still enjoy him sharing his best German pickup line in last night's After Show now. Watch:
