When it came time for Mercedes "MJ" Javid to reveal to her Shahs of Sunset squad that she's pregnant with her first child, she knew the exact time and place in which all her friends would be together. Reza Farahan and Destiney Rose opened up about MJ's big baby announcement during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, sharing the exact moment she told them of her momentous baby news, as you can see in the video above.
Andy called the moment "very exciting," and you can find out more about how stoked her pals are about the next chapter for the Shahs newlywed in the WWHL clip above.
This is the first child for MJ and Tommy Feight, who wed back in April. Prior to the news breaking, she had been open about their desire to start a family, with the mom-to-be candidly discussing her decision to undergo IVF to make that dream come true.
"It's just not an easy road. There's just a lot of bumps [in the road] and a lot of unexpected things. The side effects of the meds are really awful. They make you moody and they bloat you and migraines and all sorts of awful things," MJ told The Daily Dish over the summer. "But it's worth it in the end."
And MJ has always made it clear that motherhood was in her plans: "I'm very, very ready to be a mom. I'm very much looking forward to being pregnant and all the morning sickness or whatever comes with it, all the good or the bad."
