Tinsley Mortimer Is Calling "Bulls--t" on the Housewives Questioning Her Breakup with Scott Kluth

The Real Housewives of New York City fashionista sets the record straight on her relationship status with her ex once and for all.

By Laura Rosenfeld

If you've been keeping up with The Real Housewives of New York City on and off the screen (and of course you have been), you know that Tinsley Mortimer and Scott Kluth have had a bit of an on-again, off-again relationship since they first met back in Season 9. But it appeared that Tinsley and Scott's romance was officially over when the New York Housewife announced their breakup in Season 11.

How to Watch

Though, not to some of the RHONY ladies. Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan, and Ramona Singer confronted Tinsley in the Season 11 finale about the current status of her relationship with Scott, sharing that they didn't believe they were truly broken up. Tinsley and even her mother, Dale Mercer, have a lot of thoughts about this in The Real Housewives of New York City Season 11 After Show, which you can check out, above.

For anyone who still has doubts about where Tinsley and Scott currently stand, she set the record straight during the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show on July 9. "My breakup with Scott, I was very open and honest about that, and I was honest about that," Tinsley said while reflecting on Season 11 of RHONY. "I shared my grief and my emotion about that, which is such bulls--t for anyone to say it wasn't, that we weren't broken up."

Even though some of her fellow New York Housewives have said they wish she would be more open with them, Tinsley disagreed, saying that she felt like she wore her heart on her sleeve while opening up about her late father's struggle with alcoholism and the passing of her beloved chihuahua Bambi this season. "I had a lot going on this year, and I just feel like I did my best to share and be open, and I really was," she said during the WWHL After Show. "I feel like I'm hoping for the best next year. I think it's my year and I'm gonna be good."
