Congrats are in order for Dale Talde and his lady love, Agnes Chung!

How to Watch

The former Top Chef star and Agnes, a news reporter on NYC's NY1, got engaged over the weekend. The couple shared the happy news on social media, showing off the engagement bling and the "impromptu gathering" thrown in their honor. "So happy [Agnes] said yes," he wrote in an Instagram photo, which showed off his bride-to-be's massive bling.

In addition to the proposal, the lovebirds capped off their engagement weekend by checking out the one and only Justin Timberlake in concert. All in all, it sounds like they had a pretty good weekend.

Sunday Funday: Watching Justin Timberlake kill it! Jay Z also showed up.

Since competing on Top Chef in 2008 and on Top Chef All-Stars in 2011, the 36-year-old chef has kept busy cooking up not just love, but also food, in New York City. In 2012, he opened up Talde, in Park Slope, Brooklyn, which offers up his twist on classic Asian specialties.

He also owns two other NYC restaurants, Pork Slope and Thistle Hill. But he hasn't left Bravo behind. Earlier this year, he appeared on Top Chef Duels.

"I feel like the luckiest dude in the world," he told the Village Voice earlier this year. "In two months, I could be the head cook at Denny's and say, man I had a f---ing awesome run. Not everyone gets to do what they love on a day to day basis. Hopefully, my legacy is that I'm a guy who loved to have a good time. Professionally, it's that I'm a chef who enjoyed a good time, enjoyed good food, taught some people how to be professionals and how to think on their own. Personally, I hope people think I'm a caring guy."
