Tracy Tutor Is Dating in Texas Now Because the LA Scene Is "Tragic"
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent teased that she's met some "nice gentleman" in Texas.
When Tracy Tutor expanded her real estate empire into Texas, she also decided to expand her dating pool there.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent parted ways with her fitness trainer boyfriend of three years, Erik Anderson, in 2023, and she's now dating again.
During a chat with E! News, Tracy compared the dating scene in Los Angeles to the dating scene in Texas.
"I'm in the throes of men in LA, and it is tragic, tragic, tragic," she shared. "But, I'm also spending a lot of time in Texas lately, so I've met some nice gentleman."
As Tracy told The Daily Dish in June, she's been enjoying Texas so much that she may buy property there herself.
"I mean, there’s a lot of great things that Dallas has to offer," Tracy said. "I say Highland Park is like the Beverly Hills of Texas. But also, you know, there [are] a lot of advantages to being in an income tax-free state. I could see myself absolutely purchasing property in Dallas, and down the road, who knows? Maybe I even end up there."
If Tracy ends up finding someone special in the Lone Star State, she may be even more inclined to buy a home there.

Why did Tracy Tutor and Erik Anderson break up?
The Douglas Elliman agent, who was 19 years older than Erik, ended the relationship in 2023 because the two were on different paths. Tracy recognized that Erik would one day want to have kids, and she was done with that chapter in her life (her daughters, Scarlett and Juliet Maltas, are teenagers).
Plus, shortly before the couple parted ways, Tracy discovered that Erik had been exchanging flirty words with other women online.
"It definitely hurt, but I don't qualify it as cheating and stuff like that," Tracy tells fellow agent Josh Flagg in a preview for Season 15, Episode 4, which you can check out above. "My bigger challenge is definitely wrapped up in what we want in our futures, like more children... It's not really what I'm looking for."
Though the end of Tracy's relationship proved to be quite emotional, she confirmed in June that she's remained on amicable terms with Erik — who still trains her.
"We’re good," she said to The Daily Dish. "We’re approaching one year of transitioning our relationship into more of a friendship."
