Tracy Tutor Is Disgusted by a Discovery in Flagg's $9.2M House: "Are You F-cking Kidding Me?"

The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent's unsavory find in Josh Flagg's "dream home" proved its nightmare status.

By Cynthia Robinson

After Josh Flagg bought his childhood dream home sight unseen, he toured the interior with his bestie, Tracy Tutor. As Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles may recall, the property that Josh purchased in the Beverly Hills Flats for $9,295,000 wasn't exactly appealing — or even functional.

How to Watch

"I've loved this house since I was a child," Josh explained in an interview confessional. "And, by the way, I'm not alone. It's one of those beautiful houses that everybody walks by and is like, 'Oh, my God, it's so perfect.' I waited my whole life to see the inside of this house. Suddenly, the plot has changed."

Well, the plot thickens even more on Episode 6 of MDLLA, which airs on Wednesday, August 14 at 9/8c on Bravo. In a preview video of the forthcoming episode you can watch above, Josh meets Tracy at the home to get ready for a private showing (Josh has since decided to sell the home and go for a more finished property elsewhere). While preparing for the showing, Tracy makes a horrific discovery that literally makes her gag: "lady panties" left on the property, well ... who knows when.

"Oh my god ... are you f-cking kidding me?" Tracy says in the clip as she pries the pink satin underwear with a small tool off a workstation. "This is way too much!"

Then, hilariously gagging, the realtor runs outside and tosses the old underwear over the hedges as Josh arrives on the property.

"I had the pleasure of throwing away some lady panties," she jokes to Josh who enters the home.

"How nice, they must have been here for the last 10 years," he quips back.

"I still can't believe you bought this!" Tracy exclaimed as they chatted about showing the listing to a prospective client. "But this is where we are."

Later in the preview clip, Tracy talks about how "beautiful" the property looks — from the outside. "Then you open the front door and realize there's nothing behind it," she states in an interview confessional. "The prior seller apparently left their panties they were in such a hurry to get out of there!"

Josh Flagg's Plan for His Childhood "Dream Home" Disaster

Josh recently opened up about his plans for the property during a recent exclusive chat with The Daily Dish.

"I bought a house without seeing the interior. Probably not the most intelligent thing, but I love that house," Josh said, before revealing his plans to buy another home nearby. "I'm probably gonna buy another house — a done house. I'll probably keep the house on Bedford and then I'll build that. And then when I'm done with that, I'll either move into that one or I'll sell it — sell it for space."
