Lala Kent Shares Where She Currently Stands with Randall Emmett Following Their Split

After calling it quits with fiancé Randall Emmett last fall, Lala Kent opened up about where the exes stand today during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen this week.

In the April 11 episode, host Andy Cohen asked Lala a series of questions about all the recent Vanderpump Rules breakups, including her split from Randall (clip above). Andy asked Lala if she was still only communicating with Randall in order to co-parent their 1-year-old daughter, Ocean. "We parallel parent, and I'm trying to move to zero contact," Lala said. "We'll see how that goes."

Andy also wanted to know if Scheana Shay has been supportive or if it seemed like she felt "vindicated" after Lala was vocal about her relationship last season on Vanderpump Rules. "I don't think Scheana's mind works that way. I think she has a great heart," Lala shared. "So if she is feeling that way, I don't know about it. She's been fully supportive."

Lala gave an update on her dating life, sharing that she is "absolutely" going to continue doing background checks on potential suitors after revealing last month that a "PI [private investigator] check didn’t come back so great" for someone she went out on a group date with. "I have my PI, I keep him busy," Lala said on WWHL.

However, Lala said she's not looking to meet anyone new for the time being. "I'm taking a break from dating," she said. "I'm just not there yet."

Later in the show, Andy asked Lala a question from a fan who wanted to know if she regrets not listening to what her Vanderpump Rules castmates told her about Randall. "You know, I want to say yes, but then I wouldn't have Ocean, so I just find that it was all supposed to happen for a reason," Lala said in the below clip. "The best thing in my entire life came out of that relationship."

Besides, Lala said that she didn't "think anybody knew the type of person" her ex was anyway. "I'm sure there are people out there who know who he is that I'm just seeing," she said. "But I don't think the cast knew who he really was."

During the WWHL After Show, Lala addressed who among the Vanderpump Rules crew has been "the most and the least supportive" amid her breakup, including one person she's not exactly on speaking terms with, which you can hear more about in the clip below. "I'm not the type of person to say, like, you have to pick a side," Lala explained. "But in this situation, if you don't pick my side or you remain Switzerland, I want nothing to do with you."
