We Have a Big Update on Scheana’s Music Career — and It Involves Lala and James

In addition to teasing future music, Scheana told fans what they can expect to see on Vanderpump Rules Season 10.

Scheana Shay is getting back in the studio — and she won’t be alone either.

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

The Vanderpump Rules cast member revealed that she and Lala Kent plan to record new music together for the first time since 2020. That year, they dropped a song dubbed “Like a Boss” for the film of the same name starring Rose Byrne and Tiffany Haddish.

“We had so much fun doing the ‘Like a Boss’ collab that we did,” Scheana said on the latest episode of the Vanderpump Robs podcast. “We were like, you know what? We should do it again.”

And this time they just might recruit yet another one of their Vanderpump Rules castmates. “Maybe James Kennedy does the music, maybe he writes the song for us,” Scheana added. “I just think that would be fun. So we’ve talked about it, hasn’t happened yet, but I think we might be getting back in studio in the next few months.”

Scheana said that she and Lala have also previously discussed the possibility of going on tour together. “I would absolutely love to do that,” she shared, noting that James might be harder to get on board because of his busy schedule. “I know that James is very booked up right now — that guy is just all over, I’m just so happy for him — but if we could all do something together, I think that would be so much fun and it just draws in a bigger crowd.”

Continuing to look to the future, Scheana briefly teased what’s to come on Vanderpump Rules Season 10. “I stand my ground more than I have in the past few seasons,” she said, revealing that the same could be said for Raquel Leviss. “Expect to see a new side of Raquel — a grown, independent woman who stands up for herself and is not a pushover people-pleaser. You can definitely expect to see that.”

Watch the Vanderpump Rules premiere on Bravo on February 8 at 9/8c and the next day on Peacock and the Bravo app.
