Jax Taylor Says "Every Day Has Been Such a Battle" Since His Father Passed Away
The Vanderpump Rules SURver gives an update on how he's doing two months after his tragic loss.
It's been two months since Jax Taylor's father, Ronald Cauchi, passed away following a battle with cancer. But every day is still a constant struggle for the Vanderpump Rules SURver.
Jax recently opened up on Twitter about how he's currently doing as he continues to mourn the loss of his dad. "It’s been 2 months since my father was taken from me... Every day has been such a battle, I try and hide it the best i can because that’s what he would want but it has not been easy," Jax tweeted on Wednesday. "I miss you dad so much..."
Ronald passed away at the end of December 2017, about two months after he was diagnosed with stage IV cancer "in his throat, his esophagus," Jax previously told The Daily Dish. Jax immediately received love from the Vanderpump Rules crew, some of whom even headed to Michigan with him to celebrate Ronald's life.
Jax penned a touching tribute to his late father and opened up about their relationship on Instagram shortly after his passing. "Where do I begin... I lost the best man I knew yesterday, he was my best friend. I didn’t go a day without texting him a pointless question that usually drove him nuts, but I know he loved it," Jax wrote. "My dad loved his family more than anything in the world. He was the 'perfect father' and wanted everyone to get along and be happy. Cancer took my dad way too soon, but I have to hope and pray that God has a bigger plan for him."
