Here's What Happened After Vicki Gunvalson Was Rushed to the Hospital During the RHOC Key West Trip

Get a load of the "Tres Amigas antics" you didn't see on The Real Housewives of Orange County.

It wouldn't be a Real Housewives of Orange County vacation without whooping it up, a lot of drama, and someone going to the hospital. The latest episode of RHOC on December 3 delivered on all of those fronts, including a dramatic conclusion in which Vicki Gunvalson was rushed to the hospital after slipping and falling following an after-hours dip in the hotel pool.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on  Peacock and the Bravo App.

Tamra Judge broke down the whole wild night during The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 14 After Show (clip above), sharing that she, Vicki, and Shannon Storms Beador felt like they "were running from the cops" after security asked them to leave the pool. "So Vicki says, of course, 'I need an ambulance, I don't think I can walk, I think I've broken my leg,'" Shannon recalled after Vicki's tumble.

What happened next was just as unbelievable. Shannon shared a look at the "Tres Amigas antics you didn’t see" during the episode, including a video of Vicki in the hospital, on Instagram. The clip shows the OG of the RHOC lying down soaking wet after her trip to the pool as she asks where her shoes are. "Everything hurts down there," Vicki said while showing off the ice pack on her left ankle before confirming that she doesn't actually mean everything down there.

Shannon then asked Vicki if she wanted them to climb into her hospital bed with her, to which Tamra replied, "We're gonna get in trouble."

Just another Tres Amigas adventure!

Vicki will be out of the hospital and back into the drama in the next episode of RHOC Tuesday at 9/8c. Shannon even confirmed during the After Show, "Two days later, she was walking fine on her ankle."
